"Jus" tammy
Tammy Flowers-Hollis, professionally known as Jus Tammy, is a gifted recording artist, author, playwright, and advocate whose journey is rooted in faith, resilience, and purpose. Born in Camden, South Carolina, and raised in New York City, Tammy was recognized early for her small stature and powerful voice. At just four years old, her vocal presence stood out, setting the foundation for a lifelong career in music and ministry.
At age 11, Tammy recorded her first album with the all-female gospel group The Voices of New York. Her talents later led her to perform off-Broadway and in musical productions, while also expanding into writing and producing stage plays. A dedicated choir director for over 15 years, Tammy simultaneously sang on various radio programs and continued to grow her artistic reach.
Tammy recorded her second album with The Anointed Voices under the production of the late Maurice “Big Moe” Bowles. Her career includes providing background vocals for gospel legend Hezekiah Walker and sharing stages with Bobby Jones, John P. Kee, Marvin Sapp, Jermaine Dolly, Isabel Davis, Nah-Tarsha Cherry, and many others. She has also performed twice at the InnaStar Trailblazer Awards, under CEO Jacinth Headlam, where she was nominated as Trailblazer Female Music Performer.
As a recording artist, Tammy is known for hit singles such as “Victorious,” “Face2Face,” and “I Win.” On January 16, 2026, she will release her powerful new single, “Bring Him Home,” available on all digital platforms. Inspired by her brother’s 15-year struggle with homelessness and addiction, the song is a heartfelt prayer and testimony of faith, reminding listeners that no matter the struggle—drugs, alcohol, or hardship—God is able.
In 2023, Tammy expanded her impact as an author with her award-winning book, Circles: Breaking the Chains of Generational Curses. This triumphant memoir of healing and empowerment chronicles a fearless pursuit of freedom, encouraging readers to confront trauma, break destructive cycles, and leave a legacy of hope for future generations.
Tammy is also known for her unconventional and transformative seminars, where she teaches with transparency, wisdom, and bold faith. After leaving an abusive marriage of 10 years, domestic violence awareness became a central part of her ministry. She is the founder of Bridging the Gaps For Queens, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault. The organization provides essential tools for healing, restoration, and self-sufficiency and was honored with the Mentorship Excellence Award in 2025.
Through music, ministry, literature, and advocacy, Tammy Flowers-Hollis continues to inspire, empower, and lead with purpose—proving that healing, hope, and victory are possible.
